Shipping

• For Strollers, we usually ship next day from our warehouse using ParcelForce 24, so please allow 2 days for delivery
• For most other items, we use Royal Mail First Class or Tracked and, as we get daily/weekly deliveries from our suppliers, these items will usually be with you in 1-3 days
• Urgent items - if you're item is urgent, please let us know so we can confirm immediate availability as our incoming supply can sometimes be subject to slight delays, eg, if it's coming from Europe!

Returns and Exchanges

• Just let us know of you need to return or exchange your product...please keep the original packaging and ensure its able to be resold as brand new. Thanks!
