Delivery, Returns & Refunds


Delivery

Our usual courier service is MyHermes, which usually takes 2 days from shipping.  For Strollers, we use ParcelForce on a 1-2 day service.  We can expedite deliveries if they're urgent, just email your requirements before/during the ordering process.  Whilst we hold a range of local stock, we don't have every item in local stock that we advertise, however, as we get daily deliveries from suppliers, we can usually ship same day or next day, for over 90% of our orders.  Not all of our suppliers can/will inform us of low stock and, occasionally, we only find our when we order (even with some of the bigger suppliers!) so, if this happen, we'll do our best to get it as soon as possible but we'd like you to understand that sometimes, it's not in our full control!

Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Redwood, Happy Hotdogs, 151 Locks Road, Locks Heath, SO31 6LF.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.   

For international customers, due to variations in local postage services, it will be the customers responsibility to organise and pay for the returned item, even if the item is faulty.  

For expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All unwanted items must be returned in a brand new/unused condition.  The customer will be liable for any damage/wear & tear, and the costs to return items to a saleable condition.

Where a Customer has bought an 'as new' or 'used' item at a discounted price, they accept that, unless the goods are faulty, the goods are non-returnable. 

Faulty Items:

Please email Happy Hotdogs (woof@happyhotdogs.co.uk) to discuss the faults so that we can deal with your issue quickly.  After receipt of the item -and inspection to confirm it as being faulty- Happy Hotdogs will apply a credit note against future purchases unless other arrangements and/or refunds have already been agreed.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
